Happy Wednesday everyone! I've decided to share this baked oats recipe with you guys today which is one of my most liked pictures on my feed - which makes me think it's definitely blog-worthy! Baked oats changed my life - they can literally change your breakfast from a normal bowl of oats to a super healthy "cake"!
Ingredients: (serves 1) ↝ 100g oats ↝ 1 banana ↝ 1tsp cinnamon ↝ 1tbsp chia seeds ↝ 1 cup soy milk Method: Add all the ingredients to a ramekin or baking dish and mix well
Heat in the oven for 30mins at 180°C!
