Welcome to my blog! My name is Lucrezia and I am a plant-based foodie, environmentalist and lover of all things health & wellness! On this blog I will be sharing my thoughts on the three main things I am most passionate about, which are:

↝ Finding peace and balance with both our bodies, our minds and our food is extremely important to me and I want to help as many people as possible to free themselves from the destructive diet mentality and self-hatred mindset
